larp marpe needs

15 years old about to be 16 but i have no idea how to larp that i have issues like breathing for a marpe although i do have a narrow palate. Are there any details i should throw in while asking for one to make it seem like i need one.

Say that you have sleep apnea, mouth breathe, snore, have clogged nose, and don't want to settle for other expansion procedures besides marpe(mse) because you don't want gum recession, dental tipping, and no airway improvement
