LARP septoplasty?

i do need a rhino since my nasal bridge is deviated to left from my POV which for the opposite person it looks like it is deviated to right i was wondering if LARPing septoplasty will get it fixed since i don't have issue withy width and shape of my nose only the symmetry of nasal bridge since NHS will cover that shit so why not do it if it benefits me

septoplasty doesnt change anything about the way your nose looks I had this surgery myself. And pre and postop will be exactly the same. Only worth doing for breating problems.

Technically you could, but it would be very hard ans unlikely that you get it

well i did larp accutane in 16 i can say i cant even sleep due to how hard it is to breath i will larp till i make it i also seen people before and after it significantly changes the deviation even 4mm will be heaven for me

Yea that would be the right strategy.
The problem is that they are proably going to take some pictures and find out it's not bad enough to grief your breathing, but if youre lucky it could work so I guess its worth a try

It did help quite a bit, but now I got this problem where my nose makes too much mucus and blocks it off. But when I clean my nose (about 6x a day) it does feel nice to breath well.

Yea that would be the right strategy.
The problem is that they are proably going to take some pictures and find out it's not bad enough to grief your breathing, but if youre lucky it could work so I guess its worth a try

they wont know if i can breath or not i can just act as if i am getting suffocated when i try to breath but i do have deviation i hope it helps cheers for advice
