i go to the ortho again tmw, im almost at the end of my treatment, ive had a herbst and palata expander in the past but now only braces, i didnt do all my turns with my expander but my palate is significantly wider, however i want it again, due to the fact that my palate doesn’t completely fit my tongue. But i feel like that wont be enough for my orthos to re apply it. How do i larp harder
