Larping and maladaptive day dreaming is very dangerous

It's a form of escapism. When you LARP as a chad or a morph of yourself, your brain releases dopamine. You get the reward of being a slayer, getting girls eyc without doing the hard work, being born genetic elite, taking the risk etc

Your brain doesn't care if it's fake. It still releases reward chemicals.
Because the success isn't real, the high wears off quickly. So when you log off. You look around at your real life and the contrast between the fantasy you and the real you becomes unbearable.
. Carl Rogers explained this in his book.

If you get your socialization and validation from a fake persona you have zero incentive to improve your life. You are effectively eating emotional junk food that kills your appetite for building a healthy lifestyle.

Larping on especially a forum like this full of faceless people is especially dangerous. I make fun of larpers, meme them and try pass them as comedy but these are serious issues. Plz for your own self stop larping niggas also fuck all nighas that try to pull down others trying to open up. Fuckers like that share parr of the blame too.
Larping online as Chad really has no benefit deep down your going to make yourself feel worse

No the only solution is taking proactive steps to bring your real self closer to your ideal self or lowering your ideal self to your real self. You can channel it into a positive thing too
You're projecting. Nothing in particular will change in the life of a subhuman

No, I'm not projecting this is straight from Carl Rogers' work on humanistic psychology read the book On Becoming a Person he explains the painful gap between your real self and ideal self as incongruence which fuels anxiety, defensiveness, and escapism like LARPing for quick dopamine.

The healthy fix isn't just endless larping and imagination. It is actively working toward congruence either bringing your real self closer to the ideal through genuine effort like building skills, facing risks, actualizing your potential or adjusting the ideal to be more realistic and self accepting.

A much more healthier way of coping is chanelling that fantasy energy into process oriented daydreaming like visualizing the grind, the steps, the daily wins instead of emotional junk food of day dreaming about the final outcome.

It's interesting bcuz I've seen normies claim the opposite. In that you can ascend by deluding yourself that you're x_________ (Chad ). They call it "manifesting"

No that's missing the whole point. It's not about magically becoming a chad or escaping subhuman status overnight The real value is in the process itself grinding through effort, building habits, facing discomfort, and growing bit by bit is the real value. Even if you stay subhuman the person who keeps showing up for the work ends up with better coping, more resilience, actual skills and real confidence from small wins than someone who just fantasizes about his entire life
