Larping is such an overused buzzword

The word “Larp” is genuinely so overused to the point I don’t even understand when it passes to the situation and when not. I sent one dude a Snap of like 320 kg on leg press and he said I’m larping. When I told that he is incorrect about what larping means and sent some random quote about larping form .org he said that he meant normal larping not looksmax larping 🫩. He essentially told me that “normal larping”= faking.
Or maybe it’s just me being low iq ?
