Larping to get free double-jaw surgery?

So my jaw and teeth are fucked up. I have:
1. A really narrow pallate, my tounge doesn't properely fit in my mouth and my teeth are fucked up.
2. Severre overbite, my overbite is so big that my front 2 teeth don't touch my bottom front teeth.
3. Crossbite, my upper teeth don't properely line up with the corresponding teeth at the bottom.
4. Tmj, my jaw slips out of posistion when i chew and makes popping noises, i can't close my teeth without it slipping out of place.

Im going to the orthodonist soon and i'll most likely need MARPE/MASPE and braces. I might need double jaw surgery to fix my jaw alignement and narrow maxilla.

I'm really hoping to get double jaw surgery cuz when i close my teeth i look like a sub-5 and want to rope. Right now im 18 and could get the treatment i need for free if i larp that its for my health and shit. I'll probably get it covered by the government but im not that certain.

My question is, what health problems can i larp to make it more likelely that they'll do the surgery? I also have a deviated septum so maybe i can larp breathing problems to get them to fix that shit too? I just wanna make sure i definetely get the surgery.

you dont have to larp shit your skeletal discrepancy already got you covered

You can't larp the scans they perform on you to determine whether or not you're a good candidate

And do you seriously think you can pretend to fall asleep for the sleep exams?
