Laser Acupuncture on longitudinal bone growth?

A (most likely) deleted oldcel member from 2019 posted a study on laser acupuncture potentially being useful for long bone growth. hopefully someone has some knowledge or context on this and can share their thoughts.

Not enough studies on this, performed in rats whose growth plates were already open and at the height of their growth and the number of subjects isn't enough to make this claim. More nonsense lol

damn, sucks to read. i must have been a little biased because the thought was that people from pre2020 are much more dedicated to actual change and results.

They're dedicated yes but at one point you become tone deaf chasing impossible results, most of the oldcel information is outdated and doesn't really match with today's standard

It's evident that with time passing more is discovered, however it doesn't seem that way because the more the community advances the more grifting and clutter comes up. It looks proper looking back at old posts because the majority of them weren't nonsensical 14 year old boys making the same threads over and over

haha yeah, last part is true. terrible tragedy that with more knowledge there comes more bullshit. so i guess at this point the best question to ask you would be what is your own experience with heightmaxxing? i've seen some convincing posts but i'm a pussy in many ways so they're never convincing enough...

Imo there's not much you can do when it comes to height since the mechanism for longitudinal growth disappears pretty rapidly, I've tried epigenetic switching/DNA methylation, LSJL and a bunch of other copes but it doesn't really matter lol, LDAR unfortunately

Yes, i wouldn't say ive tried recent compounds like Erda cause I'm already 19 but i've tried a few of them, height genetic determinism is brutal
