Laser pens off amazon

I see these laser pens on amazon which are like 10 euros, I want to laser off some burst capillaries on my face but 10 euros seems pretty dodgy considering actual laser surgery is like 150 and up. Anybody have experience with these?

just get the surgery dont risk your face

Surgery would be hard to come by since A I live in a rural area and B I still have another year ish until I can move out
