One of the best investments you can make for under 20$ is an lash serum, for example ordinary lash serum. My lashes grew significantly in 3/4 months and it only took me 2 minutes a day to apply the serum on my lashes. If you just stay consistent for a couple of months the results are pretty noticable. I might hop on latisse soon for even bigger lashes though, but overall didnt expect a cheap lash serum to give such greath growth.
