Lash tint is only useful for giga pale skinned / high contrast features, what you really want is a lash curl + growth if small

They either were already good or u just dont have long enough eyelashes to make a difference

They were prob already dark then of they arent long enough or thick enough choose and fix it if it isnt thick use mascara and if it isnt long then lattise or oral minox
