Is lasix okay to take everyday 40mg like try to drink as much as water possible in the morning and take the pill in afternoon?

After a while it will make you bloated due to full electrolytes loss, just get lean and use Eplerenone and on slayer nights pop Furosemide.
BTW speaking from personal experience.

Furosemide will make you pee more.. have fun taking a piss every hour trying to sleep. And we all know how bad it is to mess with sleep... You should take furosemide as early as you can in the morning.

I do on the weekends. If you do that everyday you will feel shitty, dehydrated, depleted of every electrolyte. Which can lead to cramping. And goodluck trying to do sports on any type of diuretics
