12% bf, results were pretty mediocre at 80mg. I only needed to bathroomaxx 3x in an hour and a half then saw mid/no results for the next 8 hours when it should be working its best. Should I drink more throughout the day to make more of a difference? Also this stuff does not get faked before you ask.
