As I mentioned in my previous threads, I'm cutting all processed food. 3L of water and more potassium food. I also gotta be more active but my main goal is to lose atleast 1kg of fat a week. I'm also working our my chest and shoulders so my frame looks much much much better, like Sikkunt. Except I'm not Pakistani lol but he looks good, despite being a fraud. We all have a little fraud in ourselves... I'm also trying to boost my testosterone.



I'm very tired of being chopped
