I took inspiration from my fellow north african german slayer @MoeZart ,he recommend me to do some fast like we do in ramadan.

I lost several kgs from the day he mentioned,i fell leaner,my face got better and i feel more healthy.

You just need to count your calorie which will not pass %75 of your daily calorie.

I'm tagging some fat fucks for motivation.We'll ascend guys...
