You dont need rhino . A thicker neck to start off would be good .

Yeah its just crazy - before I deleted my account I was getting rated HTN on average, now after I fixed my trim - but tbf I did gain a bit of BF - im getting rated MTN- looksflation is getting surreal I might need a rhino to compensate

I got surgery for my deviated septum but I decided to combine it with tip rhino as well and my surgeon said he can make my nose tip better for a better front profile and 3/4. Also will be getting Custom Jaw implants and possible fat grafting also lip lift for my philtrum. But jaw implants are getting planned getting my 3d scan after nose tip swelling goes down at month 4-5.
