from now on ill be doing upper lower for hypertrophy😢
Been training powerlifting this last year ( 15-16yo currently ) 66kg rn, current 1rm on sbd (kg's) are:
120 sq
95 bp
190 dl
Today ill be doing a 1rm on all three basics as my last day, im hoping to get 135sq 100bp and 200dl so i can atleast say i had some strenght before moving to hypertrophy, ill go to the gym in 30m wish me luck niggas:love:
