your hair needs texture it looks unmanly and teenagerly, as if you dont look after it. my hairdressers tip: use a wax product on your hair and experiment with styling it, go crazy with it all over your hair till you look insane or like goku or vegeta then mold your hair into place and finetune small bits of hair with your finger tips.

also your clothing choice seems a tad alternative if thats so get some piercings or tattoos so you dont look like your trying to follow a trend.
commit to a style or don't do the style.

otherthan that just work on yourself and as well as mentally maxing, find interests that girls also have intrest in and get yourself out there don't be desperate or rush cuz it puts off girls
