Down like 30lbs and now going down from 16% is when the real results begin holy fuark im ascending everyday

I am also tall I was a bit above 20% close to 225lbs at 6'3

Body fat percentage isn't as correlated to weight as much as you think.

You only lost weight through diet or you did fat loss exercises too? Also what's your diet? Just not eating processed slop / fast food?

Also from 16 to 10 is way harder than from 25 to 16, for example

Just wating good healthy whole foods in a 600-800 deficit

ig but if i lost 30 pounds on my cut I would be like almost dead and i was pretty squishy everywhere. I am shorter tho

Also water weight and glycogen n stuff alone is like 5-10lbs
