Last I heard some Tyrone in prison said he would fuck Andrew until he would gift him his Bugatti after getting out of prison but Andrew bottom g Tate couldn't take it and was rushed to the hospital.

Back in the communist era, the Romanian authorities wanted to strengthen relations with other poor countries, so we would gain there influence and resources. They sent doctor, engineers and specialists in African and Arab countries to help them develop and also offered education and scholarships here.
So these young Africans and Arabs came here as students and had a really easy life compared to the majority of Romanians who were poor and really struggled to get food and other stuff. Since they were foreign citizens they were allowed to own foreign currency and had access to special stores where they could buy cigarettes, coffee, chocolate and other goods that were hard to get by regular people.
These were also used like an alternate currency to bribe bureaucrats, buy favors or offered in exchange for anything else. So, these Africans and Arabs started to buy and sell stuff, they made a nice profit, lived like kings, had high status with the girls because of this and banged left and right.
After the fall of communism, most of the Africans quickly left and many abandoned the kids they had here with the Romanian women(this is the very small minority of Afro-Romanians). The Arabs used the money and influence they gained to open businesses, shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, etc. and for a while they were quite powerful and influential here.
