Last minute flaking/ghosting

This has happened to me several times recently. We agree to meet, we text at the day of meeting. I offer time as "We can meet at 19:00 or later at place X or place Y. Is that okey with you?", she says that is fine, then I ask her to give time/place when she knows. And then there is no more response from her.

What I did is just not text again, but she also didn't text. Should I have written "you ok?" or something similar?

When she ghosts for a long time (+18h), you find another.
