Last night I changed my shorts infront of a woman at the gym

So I was in the locker room after having finished my workout and some Swedish looking incel complained that his wardrobe wouldn’t open so a woman came to help exactly where I sat to change back into my normal clothes. Seeing as she wouldn’t leave as she tried to help that guy, I just took my shorts down tbh. Am I starting to get lower inhib?
