Last night I had dream within a dream

It was weird last night my stock was paining a lot and I constantly was going into the toilet due to frequent stomach pains idk why because I been eating so clean recently then I went to sleep and it was fucking weird it was like i was dreaming inside my dream and woke up but I was still dreaming and It felt so real asf but after sometime I woke up again this time into the real world it was very weird experience

Yea this was the first time I had such weird experience I used to get vivid dream when I was taking nicotine gum before sleeping but this time I dint took anything it felt strange asf
