Last night I took magnesium glycinate for the first time and holy shit

I finally slept through the whole night and when I woke up I felt well rested, which didn't happen for such a long time. I also had my first real lucid dream with crazy other vivid dreams. This is lifefuel I can finally sleep normally. I recommend it for all the insomniacels with melatonin. Hopefully this can help you guys as well.
