i see nothin but potential get lean and debloat immediately also when you take pictures look at the camera, not doing that makes your upper eyelids more exposed.
Also after you lose weight grow a beard i expect you to be low htn (which is still good lol)

get lean + debloat and you’ll be chillin bhai. you could also fraud to 5’10 w height insoles if you want
