Yeah I get your point like only extremely recessed people ascends from bimax while the person with average recession doesn’t same for other surgeries but most ascensions are from guys with good features with 1-2 flaws to fix. Getting too many surgeries puts you into uncanny territory which is better than being ugly but not ideal. Your case was different tho.
