I do think giants putting more time and precision into this compared to other cases and if something went wrong he’d fix it before it goes public

It's not as easy as going back into surgery the next day.
But yes, Giant likely is going to be more conscious of how the surgery goes so that he maintains/improves his reputation as a surgical designer. Either way, I'm keen to see how it all goes. GOOD results in Turkey would instil me with a lot of confidence, otherwise I'm opting for Italy.

Can always have a revision done worst-case. Not the end of the world.
