Late puberty my experience

i'm a late bloomer who has been teased by friends for most of the middle school and early highschool, it really has affected and shaped me but now that i've started seeing my puberty kick in its like almost i'm a diffrent person to my friends, whenever i was talking with someone joking i always expected to catch a stray or the conversation to start being about me (in an insulting way) i was made fun of because of my voice because all of my friends have gone through voice change already also because of my interests i was really nerdy but now im expecting insults and they never come i started being open more about everything and people just dont care anymore, ive realized it was never about the interests being nerdy or nd it was about the person that was into them i have gained alot of respect just because of my sudden change in looks

you start coping thinking these small aspects of ur personality are holding u back compared to others but u js behind biologically, i came to that same realization
