No reason to have thoughts. Life is very simple. Thoughts don’t exist in reality only reality exists. If u have many thoughts it means ur life is simulation. Most of ur life should be interaction with world. I only have one focus right now and that is to change my facial bones. I have no desire or interest in anything else.
