It's a S-tier hardmaxx if you have a negative canthal tilt imo, and as long as you find a surgeon who's not a fucking retard, it will most def ascend you hella. If your surgeon is shitty, or you already have a positive canthal tilt, this will not ascend you. This is the only surgery I want, as my cantal tilt is pretty brutally fucking negative

alright, the surgery is not really risky, about a 3 week recovery process, mostly swelling and shit. again if your surgeon is retardmaxxing, you might look uncanny, so make sure you find a surgeon who has done the surgery a lot of times.

Yeah LA has a ton of experienced surgeon, cus every bitch there gets plastic surgery. Lateral canthoplasty is pretty common too. Book a meeting with a surgeon, and ask about his experience in that specific surgery and shit like that

with infra implant, glabella and supra highering (implant most likely) lateral cantho for pfl. regular cantho for canthal tilt improvement. upper blepharo for negative hooding and brow dye.

its full eye reconstruction you will probab;y not look like this as i doubt youll save up enough for this
