It's a S-tier hardmaxx if you have a negative canthal tilt imo, and as long as you find a surgeon who's not a fucking retard, it will most def ascend you hella. If your surgeon is shitty, or you already have a positive canthal tilt, this will not ascend you. This is the only surgery I want, as my cantal tilt is pretty brutally fucking negative

Yeah LA has a ton of experienced surgeon, cus every bitch there gets plastic surgery. Lateral canthoplasty is pretty common too. Book a meeting with a surgeon, and ask about his experience in that specific surgery and shit like that
