to those with a NCT, or negative hooding, i highly recommend LC ( lateral canthoplasty).
so many people would ascend due to a simple and low cost + low risk surgery with a large roi..

a sole canthoplasty is very rarely the only thing u need to get done; usually something needs to go along with it, although i dont know what. you're def right tho

no, you will have to do your own research, even if it is difficult you must opt for the best surgeons, a surgery like this can break or make your face if botched or successful
