Lateral canthus question maybe??

So ill pop 2 pictures up real fastt to what im referring to but is there a way to increase the length of your eye if that makes sense i dont know much about eyes i wont lie but notice how the person on the left appears to have a shorter eye then like for instance the dude on the right, it appears he has longer lashes does that make it appear like he has a longer lateral canthus, im not sure but what would increase the appearence to make an eye look more like the right??
