So I been looking at both of these procedures results and honestly they both look similar result wise I’m wondering which one is the way to go for lip width cause the corner lip lift looks possibly better without as much scarring what are y’all’s thoughts

Yes I agree I feel like lip corner lift and slight lip liner is the best option the lateral com is too risky in my opinion and I don’t think many surgeons even perform it thank u for replying .

If your doing it in the US Mascaro is probably the #1 lip lift guy. Which you need since almost all lip lifts are bull horn. He's done plenty of jokers aka lateral commissars. Mascaro also hyper focused on minimizing surgical scaring since he was in med school. He was thinking about how to form a market nitch in essence. He still focuses on it today.
