Lateral orbital fat removal

What surgeries should I get to make my lateral orbital fat dissappear?
Note that I am very fat rn (25% bf), but if its still gonna be there after I lose the fat, I am considering surgery/fat removal.

Nah coz I look like a ballon rn. I wonder if losing weight fill fix this issue, but I wanna get rid of it completely.
