I assume 99 % of ORG dont even care about this terminology that comes with lateral pelvic tilt but I would like to discuss about this topic with someone that actually looked into it or dealed with this problem.
For me, my right hip is higher (this is most common) which can be seen easily when I take some photos. To compensate, right shoulder is pulled down. The right QL muscle is very tight obviously. Everything connect to the head and neck which is tilted to the opposite side (left), triggering problem with right TMJ and masseter muscle (causing assymetry).

Of course stretching muscles as QL muscle would only solve the symptom. I was actually stretching for almost 25 days daily and my QL muscle got only tighter. Thats because nervous system see this muscle as something that need to compensate, and it wont get less tight without solving actual problem.

Last time I looked into hip movement tests and yes i have some problems with that. My (right ) hiked hip is limited in internal rotation more than left hip. Also straight leg raise is much more limited on the hiked up side. External rotation is slightly better on the right side than the left side. This is opposite of whats happening in most common type of pelvic tilt because hiked up side tends to have better interal rotation (but as a illusion)

If someone is open to discuss, lets do it

I may be a filthy grey but I do know what you're talking about! I had a hairline fracture along my femur and that caused a weakness in my left hip, I think it has caused an overreliance on my right hip. My left shoulder also sits higher than my right! My ribcage is also rotating causing something that looks like rib flare..? Anyhow, I think posture can contribute to more asymmetry than we realize, if you're weak at one point in your posture (neck, spine, hips) then that will reflect over the entire body. Please share whatever you think would enlighten me!

If your shoulders are uneven, its most likely that your pelvis is tilted

Is there any recommendations you have for it or should I just start threadhopping? I hear in other threads that it fixes asymmetries and can make you taller so I'll do whatever it takes.

First of all, identify your problem. If you really have lateral pelvic tilt you will see atleast minor abnormalities in your body while taking postural photos (for example bigger waist on one side, etc). Also watch first part of this article and do these tests to get more knowledge about your problems with hips and shoulder.
