These are used in movies and can look very realistic, you glue them to the face, you apply makeup over them, they are like a temporary implant or filler, do you think they are a legit method for ascending?

Those are pre-made, in movies they use custom appliances, that fit perfectly on the face.

I think these could be great for getting one-night stands. You go to a resort or city where there are many young tourists and plenty of girls who want to party. You put the appliances on your jaw and cheekbones or whatever areas would make you look better. You also put some elevator shoes or lifts for an extra-boost in height and you go to pick up girls in night clubs and bars being very direct...You take the girls to the hotel, you bang them and then you disappear.
Most of them probably wouldn't even recognize you afterwards without the prosthetics and lifts, but if you already banged them, that's all it matters...
