It's a cope, a lot of people believe that South Indian dravidians are intelligent iq moggers. It's a lie..!

A tiny minority ( marwadi, sindhis, some Punjabis). Control 80% of wealth in india..!

South Indian intelligence is a myth..!

I am a marwari, we have far more influence in india and in the entire world than the Dravidian south indians.

( Marwadis, sindhis, Punjabis) are less than 2% of the population but yet we control 80% of all the economic activities in curry land.

Where as Dravidian south indians are 50% ( 650 million JFL) of the population and yet they barely have any contributions to the economy.

80% of indian billionaires are either marwadis, sindhis or punjabi.

Richest man in UK is actually a marwadi lol.

There are also parsis but then we both have same bloodline. They are high IQ too just like us marwaris.

Right now I am using a very minimalist type of program with only 3-4 exercises per workout with only 4 workouts per week and just doing that was enough to give me long lasting delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) even though I definitely didn't overtrain and I used a high enough frequency to try to prevent it.

And it isn't the first time that this happened to me. Back in January-March 2020, when I was lifting heavy consistently in the gym, I had no libido but suddenly right when I stopped, I had a very high libido. I feel like maybe my testosterone levels are so low that it gives me a much lower libido, which is even more lowered the more I exercise. This is one of the reasons why I often quit the gym and why I had to start over from scratch every single time.

And I think that this is also the reason why my arms have only grown by 0.25 inches since 2016 because they are at 12.75 inches now while back then they were at 12.50 inches. And the rest of my body hasn't changed much either.

Another sign is that when I started lifting, I couldn't bench press the bar, I could only bench with 15 lbs dumbbells and I could only shoulder press with 10 lb dumbbells, I didn't have the strength to do barbell back squats and I couldn't even deadlift 135 lbs.

Now I can bench 100 lbs for reps, shoulder press 70 lbs for reps, squat 125 lbs for reps and deadlift 180 lbs for reps, but my strength level right now, after years is the starting point of most 16 year olds. I believe that this is because I have the testosterone levels of a 90 year old man.

My testosterone levels were tested in 2019 and they were at 536 ng/dl. According to the charts, the average testosterone level for men of my age (22) is 697 ng/dl.

Because I got tested close to the average, I thought that my testosterone must be fine after all, but more and more I am noticing symptoms of low testosterone. As for the psychological or mental side effects like depression, the main reason why I don't feel them is because I am using a high dose of speed ADHD medication which counters it so I would never feel depressed now but without my meds, I always felt like shit even after years of being off those drugs.

So, do you guys think, based on the shitty progress that you have seen in my pictures, that I should start injecting testosterone to make up for my low testosterone levels or do you think that I am fine and that those symptoms have nothing to do with testosterone?

Of course I know that none of you are doctors or medical professionals but it seems as though most doctors don't know anything about testosterone replacement therapy, and they villainize it because of the social stigma attached to it, weed is more accepted than testosterone in our society, it's that bad, and celebrities have to lie to maintain their reputation because the public sees testosterone only in a negative light even though it is a natural hormone in your body that contributes to the quality of your life as a man. The reason why a lot of men nowadays are very effeminate and weak is because of a lack of testosterone, it also removes your self esteem and your ability and desire to talk to women to get laid.

As for those who will try to mention raising my testosterone levels naturally, it isn't actually possible for me because I already live a healthy lifestyle, so it's not like someone who eats tons of junk food and doesn't exercise, in my case, I am already doing everything I can to maximize my testosterone levels and I still get the symptoms that I described. My fear is that I will waste another year not getting laid and not getting any results in the gym, not due to laziness but due to my inability to do these things because of a lack of testosterone.

ADHD is a real thing, the guy who wrote the article clearly has no idea what he is talking about. Sure, he is a neuropsychologist, which is a profession that specializes in mental illnesses like ADHD but at the same time, he wrote a book that has the same title as the article and in it, he doesn't provide any proof for his claims, he claims to have found a cure but never talks about it which is suspicious and the research that he talks about is very inconclusive, which means that it doesn't prove anything.

So, the guy dares to make wild claims about something that he knows nothing about but he can't prove it with logic or facts. So, he is a moron who shouldn't be allowed to have the title of doctor.

You'd think that just because someone is specialist in a specific field, they know everything, but if that was really the case, then we wouldn't also be seeing doctors who are against vaccines and doctors who kill their patients because of careless mistakes.

Also, I don't just believe I didn't find out about my ADHD through the internet, I was diagnosed in first grade at the age of 6 years old, and then I took an IQ test with a really good neuropsychologist in my area and I was diagnosed with ADHD again, so it's not like I made it up or like if I diagnosed myself.

As for the medication, I was quite skeptical about it after living with the side effects for my entire childhood and all my teenage years, so I decided to stop using it back in April 2016 (5 years ago) and it ended up being one of the biggest mistakes of my entire life because I became unable to focus on anything and it didn't make it easier to fall asleep at night. What most people don't realize is that if you take the medication early in the morning and can't sleep at night, it's not because of the medication, it's because of the ADHD.

ADHD makes people extremely focused on certain things which has the ability to make them forget to eat or sleep, which can lead to weight loss and sleep deprivation and this happens even for those who never used the medication in their life.

So, the people who talk about ADHD without knowing enough about it are very misinformed about what people like me get to experience throughout our lives, it's not lazyness, it's not an inability to focus, and not all ADHD is the same, there is high energy ADHD (aka hyperactivity) and low energy ADHD (aka hypoactivity). Mine is the low energy ADHD so when I'm off my meds, I am extremely tired and can't do anything that requires lots of effort. I have way less energy than normal people while those who are hyperactive have way more energy than normal people. This is why hyperactive people tend to be really into sports or hobbies involving moving a lot, while hypoactive people like me tend to lack the energy to do a lot of sports or physical activity in general, this doesn't prevent me from lifting weights but it does prevent me from spending full days outside doing sports.
