Latisse (bimatoprost) gives me the worst panda eyes

Using Latisse gives me the worst panda eyes possible. The area around my eyes get so dark that it can literally look like I haven't slept for a straight week. It's rather a temporary effect since it does go away after 1-2 of not using Latisse. Does anyone else experience this?
