how come nobody has attempted to use bimatoprost on their buccal fat region, it causes localized fat atrophy?
also if you use topical hydrocortisone (which already acts as a local fat atrophier via steroid-induced lipoatrophy) to thin the skin for a while before applying, which could cause it to penetrate quicker and easier into the skin.

this is all in theory but I really want to try it but my cheeks are already gaunt, can someone try this or tell me why it wont work

no topical product can really cause permanent localized fat atrophy. the dermis is thick, a topical cream cannot effectively or reliably penetrate that layer. also the buccal fat is even deeper than subq fat, it sits below muscle/SMAS

yes however there are studies/documented evidence on corticosteroids atrophying fat and causing accelerated aging, also i think they can diffuse into superficial subq fat right beneat the dermis which is how periorbital lipoatrophy happens in practice, but it is very deep. however the effect is virtually permanent and if you take proper care of your skin it could be worth giving a shot im not very iqpilled
