How can I use latisse 3x a week without ever getting fat loss or darkening and ending up with a sub 5 eye area I alr have slightly recessed infras with okay fat pads

Just apply a piece of medical tape on your under eyes and brow ridge. But also it’s fearmongered but the medical tape should
Solve your issue. Also just take a paper towel and swipe and excess off your under eyes
