Latisse on eyebags

guys, I have a theory. I currently have fat deposits under my eyes and don't want to spend money on a blepharoplasty. However, I wanted to know if anyone with the same issue has tried using Latisse, specifically because of the side effect where it causes fat loss, I've seen people apply it to their cheeks. What do you think? Could it work?

and don't tell me it's just about losing weight, because I already have low body fat.

my infras are projected with some fat there, so I look like an old guy with a melting face because of them, lol
