Latisse on eyelids?

So my supraorbitals are pretty decent for my age, but the eyelid fat makes it look so shit tbh

I heard latisse is a local fat reducing agent? Will i fuck my eye area up by applying it directly on my eyelid? Are the results permanent? I know they will probably be permanent but i just want to make sure so I can know whether I can go back if I ruin my eyes
