Should I start using Latisse (bimaprost 0.03%) on brows and lashes and what hairstyle would be ideal? My right brow is just not full at all at the tail.

just grow your haircut out and don't stick to some slave haircut, also i believe you'd really benefit from marpe, better inclination angle on the ct (+1-2 degrees) and a slightly wider midface ratio would help your narrow skull
