Latisse serum can give me double eyelids bc my monolid fat is covering the crease

Not guaranteed because you shouldn't be in constant diuresis everyday but you can use it like eod

i heard the chances are for some people 1 in 100,000

i personally have seen good changes on latisse even tho i already had long lashes
and no fat loss so far.
on the contrary i've gotten more hooding from some other methods i use

for eyebrows i've actually seen results from latisse which is suprising for me as i never got results THIS fast from minoxidil
but i cant tell u 100% that it'll work as good for u so do as u wish
i found a source thats very cheap 5 dollars for latisse JFL
so i just use it however i want

You can do latisse with vaseline on your eyelids and put small drops on a q-tip to apply then it wont destroy your fatpads
