Lattise vs Oral Minoxidil

I want the best possible eyelash growth/thickness and I think that latisse is more effective but I also know it's a fat dissolver and the last thing I want is to cook my eye area even more than it is. If anyone's used latisse or oral minox or both lmk which ones better.

I also lowkey need oral minox for my hair im thinning but I think i have a pretty balanced good diet would the bloating still be that noticeable
