I guess companies will definitely try to circumvent the law. But still, it won't be a large scale replacement, like industry scale, as it would be in the US. You could just move somewhere where AI is not that developed yet, but then you'd be making a shitty wage that's only liveable in whatever shithole you decide to move to.
