Ptosis correction can remedy lazy eye asymmetries.

This is NOT a lazy eye ROFL. Lazy eye is when your brain does not know how to properly process signals of one of your eyes. Often eyes stare in different directions.

When one eye appears larger than the other, it is usually the result of exophthalmos, and orbital decompression is the definitive treatment, since in most cases there is some disease.

Lazy eye is a huge looksmin IMO. Though one eye larger than the other is also a huge looksmin. Especially for still photos. In movement, this is not visible. So, you can be an actor, but will be a subhuman model.

One of the worst looksmins ever imo
