Lazy Eye options?

I have intermittent strabismus, where alot of the time my left eye just drifts randomly and I have noticed it is worsening, this completely fucks my appeal and its annoying as fuck.

I’ve tried most methods outside of surgery without much success, does anyone know of any methods they used or is surgery my best option atp?
