It's pretty simple.
You are going to live better, more healthy and a long life if you work less intensive as opposed to those who work all the time.
If your work less, your body and organs will be less used and therefore will work long. Given the fact that you excercise modestly and eat health and less.
However if you work all the time, your body will quickly torn apart and your DNA will be quickly damaged.
Hard work = High blood pressure and metabolism, which will then quickly Damage your organs and arteries because of too much contraction.
Lazy > hard work.
