Lazy upper eyelid assymetry

So i have an lazy upper eyelid on one eye and it makes me go crazy , i basically look subhuman whenever i flex or use my eyebrows. How can i fix this? Please help

In the 1st pic its relaxed , in the 2nd its flexed .

I doubt anything but a blepharoplasty would work.

Ty dude. Also i want to mention, if you know. Why do my eyebrows seem wierd, like , the one from my assymetry seems slimmer and has a more U shape to it that my other one. Is it from that sagging skin that creates an illusion , or its the brow?
